I hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving last week! I know I did.
Thanksgiving serves as a reminder of all that we have, all the things we are grateful for.
It’s a time to pause and reflect on how blessed we truly are. When it passes, we often look ahead to the next thing, leaving that “attitude of gratitude” behind. We jump into the Christmas season—the decorating, the shopping, the feasting, and the time with family and friends. It can be a fun time, but I want to encourage you to hang on to that feeling of appreciation throughout this next season.
One way we can do that is by giving back. Today is our National Day of Giving, reminding us that the holidays are about people, not consumerism. It is designed to encourage us to celebrate generosity and help those in need.
I want to encourage you to do something to bless someone else today. I’d love to hear about what you choose to do!
