About the RBLP Leadership Certifications
The Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP) offers the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications focused on building and leading resilient teams. These certifications provide frontline, experienced, and senior managers with a meaningful way to validate the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they’ve gained while getting the work done.
RBLP certifications carry significant weight in both the professional and academic world. They come with college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE) and are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor’s CareerOneStop site as a key workforce development resource.
For military personnel and veterans, RBLP certifications are approved by the U.S. Department of Defense Credentialing Programs and may be funded through the GI Bill.
